In 1995, Stacy Morse and Anne Sperling had a goal, and that was to make it easier to buy and sell Real Estate with the use of video, still & panoramic photos, so they started to develop TourFactory.com with the help of some very wonderful and talented people. Today we help thousands of agents and brokers sell their properties throughout the country and around the world with TourFactory's Virtual Tour Platform and Internet Marketing Engine. I started working with TourFactory in 2008. I have been in the real estate industry for 25 years, prior to this in the title insurance industry. I am the Western Washington Rep and a photographer for TourFactory. I take great pride in my photography and this company. I am a Seattle based full-time professional photographer & Videographer with TourFactory and also an FAA certified drone pilot. Photographing real estate is about using my experience and passion for photography to capture those critical images that invite buyers to further explore a home. DANA KEHR
Photographer
Dana has photographed more than 7,000 listings in the greater Puget Sound Region over the past seven years. He creates high-quality HDR photos; drone video and still photos; as well as 360-degree, 3-D virtual tours using the latest Matterport, Zillow and RicohTours photo platforms. Dana is a TourFactory Certified Architectural Photographer, a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), and is a FAA-Certified and Licensed Drone Pilot who has flown more than 500 aerial real estate missions. He is also a photography instructor at Pierce College in Puyallup in the Dept. of Continuing Education where he has taught hundreds of adult learners how to take better photos. Rob LeRoy
Photographer & Videographer
Rob is a (brilliant) photographer, (incredible) writer, and recovering real estate broker, with 20 years (but who’s counting?) of experience marketing and promoting homes, businesses and real estate professionals. He has very nice hair, and his favorite animal is the duck-billed platypus. He does not care for pickles, but has learned, after years of effort, to appreciate various mustards. Especially spicy ones.
